INTO FILM GOLDEN TICKETS

PROJECT OF THE MONTH WINNER

NOVEMBER 2019

Educational film charity IntoFilm asked us to produce a special golden ticket to promote their education programmes in an eye-catching way.

Action

Because this was a highly targeted campaign and the quantity was low, traditional gold foil blocking would have resulted in a high unit cost. Instead, we chose digital foiling to create the desired effect at a fraction of the cost.

We developed the spec of these tickets to ensure the gold foil printing looked spot-on, using a soft-touch velvet lamination over the print to give the digital gold foiling more contrast and also to give the foiling the best possible finish.

The nature of digital foil printing meant we could achieve the very fine type details as you can see in the imagery.

Result

These little tickets look truly stunning with their fine detailing and punchy gold foil, as well as the luxurious velvety feel of the soft-touch.
