Tristan Besley from Newton Abbot has recently joined our team after completing his studies and will be assisting our sales team as well as creating the samples and designs customers’ request.
First job after studying
He said: “This is my first ever job after studying at OSG, Plymouth.
“As part of my role, I will be assisting the sales team with customer support, as well as creating the technical and structural designs for our packaging work. I am also helping support the finance team too to give me a broad understanding of the key numbers behind the business.
“I am thoroughly enjoying my new position as the range of tasks I undertake means I get to see different sides of the business, which will help me choose the best career path.”
A family affair
Tim Besley, who is Tristan’s father and also our Managing Director, said: “We’re thrilled to have Tristan join the team as he brings a range of new skills that we’ve not had in-house previously. His flexibility and appetite for learning is a huge asset to the business and we look forward to continued growth with him on board.”
