About Our Belly Band Printing Services
Our printed belly bands come in a range of printed cardboard thicknesses and finishes including gloss, matt and uncoated to suit your requirements – all completely recyclable and often bio-degradable. We also have a range of speciality papers and boards including Kraft, metallic, GF Smith embossings and many more to choose from.
The majority of our belly band packaging is not only recyclable and bio-degradable but compostable too, making them an excellent choice for sustainable packaging. Not to mention, we are also one of a handful of Carbon Balanced Printers certified with CarbonCo and the World Land Trust.
All of our belly bands are suitable for die-cutting to cater for all types of box shape and size, and come with pre-scored creases for perfectly neat folding. We also machine-glue or tape the bands to ensure accuracy, speed and cost-efficiency.
Our low minimum order quantity (MOQ) for belly band printing runs makes us the perfect partner for startups, SMEs and artisan producers in the food and drink industry.

Can I customise my belly band packaging?
Yes! We print everything bespoke to fit your branding style and dimension requirements. This includes die-cutting where required to create special shapes, and all belly bands are supplied scored and glued for easy assembly.
Can you help me design my belly bands packaging?
Yes, we can. We have a design studio in-house with a team of creatives to create your brand from scratch, or design your belly bands to fit your existing product portfolio. Our design team are highly skilled in both the creative and technical aspect of belly band packaging design so that it not only looks good but is cost-effective to produce and fits correctly onto your packaging.
Do you have a minimum quantity for belly band printing?
We can print as low as 1,000 units, up to hundreds of thousands. We can also print as few as 250 per SKU for multiple orders. All orders are printed litho unless specifically requested for digital printing. Talk to our team to find out the best and most cost-effective printing options.
Can you help me with luxury belly bands and packaging?
Yes! We are well-practised with luxury packaging, and can produce in a range of beautiful substrates. Printing embellishments including foiling, spot UV varnish, embossing and laminations are the best way to lift your luxury packaging.
Can you print sustainable belly band packaging?
Yes! We are BRC and Carbon Balanced certified printer and we use vegetable-based, low-odour food-grade inks. We can help you ensure your packaging sleeves are fully recyclable, even including bio-degradable laminations.
The majority of our belly bands are not only recyclable and bio-degradable but also compostable too.
Can you produce food-safe packaging?
Yes! We are a BRC (British Retail Consortium) accredited. This is an independent food safety accreditation that proves that high food safety standards are in place so food companies are safe to supply to supermarkets and large organisations. Therefore, you can have peace of mind that your food packaging fits the right criteria for food safety.
