Project of the Month Winner
FEBRUARY 2018
This month’s award-winning project is a holographic-foiled sample presenter for Lorient Polyproducts, a door seal manufacturer based in South Devon.
Brief
Our client wanted to revamp their sample presenter to reflect the direction that their brochures and other marketing materials were taking, including recycled materials and holographic foil block printing.
Action
Our client wanted to convey an environmentally-aware image for this sample presenter so chose a Cocoon 100% recycled board. We printed and foil blocked the logo using holographic foil which gave a unique rainbow-effect to the cover. We then duplexed the stock to give it extra rigidity, scored the sheet for folding and applied a magnetic closure for a classy finishing touch.

Result
Our client was very bold in their choice of a number of printing techniques which led us to choose this sample presenter for our prestigious Project of the Month award. The result shows off the natural beauty of recycled paper given its clean design, and the holographic foiled element adds a touch of magic. The magnetic closure gives a satisfying snap to the product.
