Introducing our new Varipak Packaging range
Our new Varipak retail packaging range has been created to help food, drinks and FMCG brands get their products ready for retail fast. We identified a need across multiple industries for retail ready packaging that is customisable and sustainable but without the long development time that can come with technical design.
Varipak retail packaging products do just that, combining brandable, eco-friendly packaging solutions with off-the-shelf designs and templates.
What are the benefits of the Varipak range?
Varipak packaging products are designed to get your product retail ready in ultra-quick time, with some products available next-day. All of our packaging solutions are designed to eliminate the need for creating technical drawings from scratch.
This also means there is no need for new tooling, a considerable saving in cost.
Varipak’s retail ready packaging solutions have much lower minimum order quantities, with some available in pack sizes as low as 50.
All of the Varipak products are 100% kerbside recyclable and many are covered by our Carbon Balanced status. A number of the products are glue-free which means they are also 100% bio-degradable and home compostable.
The entire packaging range reduces the entry costs of packaging for startups as well as larger brands looking to a more flexible and fast-paced packaging buying model. These products in many cases remove the need for unnecessary plastic packaging.
What does the Varipak range include?

Varipak Wallets
Retail ready wallets for charcuterie and seafood packaging, available in either glue-free or pre-glued formats.
These wallets can be printed or supplied unprinted for your labelling. With cut-out window to showcase your product inside and a Euro slot hanger, these shelf ready packaging wallets give your charcuterie or salmon a lift in-store to help attract customers.
Varipak Sleeves
Adjustable sleeves for ready meals, butchery, bakery and deli products, available in three sizes to fit most trays and containers on the market.
These retail ready packaging sleeves come either pre-printed with a generic pattern, unprinted (plain Kraft), or can be custom-printed with your own branding. They are perfect for brands that aren’t quite ready for a bespoke sleeve yet.
Are Varipak packaging products environmentally friendly?
All of the Varipak retail ready packaging solutions are 100% kerbside recyclable and many are covered by our Carbon Balanced status. A number of the packaging products are glue-free which means they are also 100% bio-degradable and home compostable.
We’ve designed the Varipak retail ready packaging range with a focus on using Kraft material to give a more natural and rustic appearance to your packaging.
Many of these products are designed to replace plastic packaging, reducing your carbon footprint and the associated costs of the Plastic Packaging Tax.
