What is a Skillet Box?

A skillet box is similar to a tuck-end box and perfectly suited to larger runs and mechanical in-line gluing applications for the food industry. The two ends are glued after packing, this makes skillet end boxes one of the most cost-effective carton styles available for larger volumes. If your co-packer or production plant has the machinery to auto-fill cartons, skillets are usually the most cost-effective packaging option.

Due to their easy-to-assemble style, skillet boxes are ideal for pre-packed chilled and frozen food, cereals, biscuits, snacks, deli meats and foods, food and meal kits and cosmetics to name a few.

Skillets are pre-glued on the side seam and packed flat for easy storage, in sizes customised to fit your products.
