About Garment Packaging
Our garment packaging range of t shirt sleeves and t shirt boxes are ideal for merchandise, retail, dropship and licensed apparel producers. We’ve designed our t-shirt packaging solutions to be suitable either for online orders delivered direct to customers, or for the retail environment.
Our t shirt packaging can be printed in single colour or full colour onto Kraft or white board to suit your branding requirements.
In addition, we have created a range of large letter t shirt packaging boxes and mailers which are ideal for shipping clothes direct to customers.

T-Shirt Boxes
We can produce custom t shirt boxes both unprinted and printed in full colour, black or Pantones. These garment boxes are popular in a Kraft material (either full Kraft or a white-backed board). Kraft gives a more eco-friendly visual impression and is simple to print.
Choose from either a hanger-style box or a Euroslot, depending on your requirements. Ou window shirt boxes have no plastic film and can be custom-shaped to add interest.
T-Shirt Wrap Sleeves
We can produce custom t shirt packaging sleeves both unprinted and printed in full colour, black or Pantones on cardboard and kraft to suit your branding.
This is an innovative and cost effective solution for keeping your garments secure whilst presenting the garment’s design clearly to the customer.
T-Shirt Mailers
Our new t-shirt mailers have been designed to fit standard Large Letter sizing for shipping. Quick and easy to pack, the carton-board construction is both 100% kerbside recyclable and bio-degradable whilst retaining rigidity throughout the delivery process.
Currently available in white or kraft board as standard. We also have options for full printing and branding, as well as custom t-shirt mailer sizes to suit your unique product.

Can I customise my garment packaging?
Yes! We have registered designs which we have developed and work well, but we can adjust these to suit your needs if you’d like to go for a bespoke shape, format or style.
Can you help me design my garment boxes and sleeves ready for printing?
Yes, we can. We have a design studio in-house with a team of creatives to create your brand from scratch, or design your packaging to fit your existing product portfolio. Our design team are highly skilled in both the creative and technical aspect of packaging design so that it not only looks good but is cost-effective to produce.
Do you have a minimum quantity for t shirt boxes?
We can produce as low as 1,000 units, up to hundreds of thousands, either printed or unprinted. All printed orders use the litho process unless specifically requested for digital printing. Talk to our team to find out the best and most cost-effective printing options.
Can you help me with luxury t shirt packaging?
Yes! We are experienced in luxury packaging, and can produce in a range of beautiful substrates. Printing embellishments including foiling, spot UV varnish, embossing and laminations are the best way to lift your luxury packaging.
Can you print sustainable garment and apparel packaging?
Yes! We are a BRC and Carbon Balanced certified printing company and we use vegetable-based, low-odour food-grade inks. We can help you ensure your garment packaging is fully recyclable and compostable too.
